Autel EVDiag Box Settings
This function allows you to check the connection status of the EVDiag Box device and check its firmware for available updates.
NOTE: Before updating the firmware, ensure that the EVDiag Box device is connected properly.
While updating, do not disconnect the device or exit the update screen.
To Connect the Autel EVDiag Box device:
1. Tap Settings on the MaxiSys Job Menu.
2. Select EVDiag Box Settings.
3. Tap View Connection Diagram to open the diagram.
Connect VCMI and EVDiag Box with the Main Cable V2.0
Establish a communication between VCMI and EVDiag Box via BT, Wi-Fi or USB cable.
4. After a successful connection, the current version of the EVDiag Box device will be shown on the screen.
To Update Autel EVDiag Box firmware:
1. Tap Settings on the MaxiSys Job Menu.
2. Select EVDiag Box Settings.
3. Select Check for Update on the right.
4. Tap Update Now if there is an available update.
5. After the update succeeds, tap the Home button in the top-left corner to return to the MaxiSys Job Menu. Or select another setting option for system setup.

Autel MaxiSys EVDiag Box Introduction:
The EV Diagnostics Upgrade Kit includes EVDiag Box and adapters with a carrying case for specific electric vehicles to perform battery pack analysis. The EVDiag Box is compatible with the MaxiSys Ultra, MaxiSys Ultra ADAS, MaxiSys MS919, and MaxiSys MS909 tablets. EVDiag Box connects to MaxiFlash VCI or VCMI.
For customers who already bought MS909 or MaxiSys Ultra can just buy EV box to upgrade their device to MS909EV and MaxiSys Ultra EV. The methods to active EV box on MS909/ MaxiSys Ultra: to imput EV box SN on tablets portal directly to upgrade.

How can MS909, MS919 and Ultra Upgrade to MS909EV, MS919EV and Ultra EV?
1. Purchase Autel upgrade package, then go to Settings----EVDiag Box Settings on Autel MaxiSys MS909, MS919 and Ultra , connect device with EVDiag Box and VCMI/ VCI as device interface shows, when EVDiag Box serial number is read, click Link EVDiag Box, then it will upgrade to Autel MaxiSys MS909EV , Autel MaxiSys MS919EV or Autel MaxiSys Ultra EV after restart (System Program of Autel MaxiSys MS909/ MS919/ Ultra needs updating to V2.60 or above version);
Note: When Autel MaxiSys MS909, MS919 or Ultra’s sales contract is changed to corresponding sales contract of MS909 EV/MS919 EV/Ultra EV, then MS909, MS919 or Ultra can also be upgraded to MS909 EV/MS919 EV/Ultra EV.
2. User do not need to pay additional subscription fee to activate the EV diagnostic function after they purchase EV upgrade package.
3. Autel MaxiSys MS909/ 919 /Ultra MUST be with valid software subscription, as it needs to update the device to download some EV software after binding with EVDiag Box.
Note: When Autel MaxiSys MS909, MS919 or Ultra’s sales contract is changed to corresponding sales contract of MS909 EV/MS919 EV/Ultra EV, then MS909, MS919 or Ultra can also be upgraded to MS909 EV/MS919 EV/Ultra EV.
